Shipping & Returns
- We use UPS Ground for standard shipping. You may estimate shipping rates by proceeding to checkout and clicking the "estimate shipping" button.
- If you would like to purchase any goods for shipment outside of the continental United States, please call 1-800-670-7338 or email shop@makemytable.com
- We guarantee that all in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Credit card orders are not charged until they are shipped.
- It is possible that very popular items may become temporarily unavailable from time to time. In this case, we will cancel your order placed through this Site and will contact you to determine whether you would like to back-order the items and have them shipped to you as soon as they become available or select different items that are available to be shipped right away.
In accordance with Texas state law, we are required to charge sales tax for shipping addresses within Texas. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order.
If your shipping address is outside of Texas then no sales tax is charged.
RETURNS
- Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery of the goods. The purchaser is responsible for the freight charges to return the goods. Call 1-800-670-7338 or email shop@makemytable.com to arrange for the return of goods. The purchaser will receive full credit for the purchase price of the items paid less a 25 % restocking fee. The applicable amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card.
- If the goods were shipped to the purchaser in error, then such goods may be returned within 60 days of delivery of the goods. Call 1-800-670-7338 or email shop@makemytable.com to arrange for the return of goods. The purchaser will receive full credit for the purchase price of the goods plus the cost of freight to return the goods. The applicable amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card.
